Same-day Saturday GP Access?
If you wake up with a chest infection, tonsillitis or thinking you need to see a GP that day,
Portsmouth Primary Care Alliance are running a same-day access GP service on Saturdays.
Simply call 111 from any phone. One of our doctors will call you back and if you need to be seen, they'll book you an appointment.
Do we hold the correct contact details for you?
It is import that you let us know when you change your address and telephone number.

Let us have your mobile phone number, we can send you reminders for your appointments and let you know any result which are normal.

In case of an emergency please ring your surgery for contact details or contact out of hours on 111
Monday to Friday 9.00am-12.15pm & 4.00pm-6.15pm
Emergency appointments are available every morning. Please telephone between 8.30am-11.00am
The surgery answerphone will give you a contact number for the out-of-hours service, this service is provided between the hours of 6.30pm and 8.00am on weekdays and throughout weekends (Friday 6.30pm – Monday 8.30am) and bank holidays.
Dental emergencies should contact the helpline on 0800 885544 or the QA Hospital in Cosham on 02392 286114.
In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call NHS 111 to speak to a triage nurse. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.
Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
