Maternity/ Pregnancy Service -Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust
If you are pregnant, and this has been confirmed by a positive pregnancy test, you can self refer to the Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust Maternity Services
Once you have self- referred the team at SHIP maternity will triage your referral based on the information you provide and the hospital will contact you to start your antenatal care.
You do not have to see your GP first for this referral. You will only need to contact your GP if you have concerns regarding your pregnancy.

Portsmouth Wellbeing Service
Portsmouth Wellbeing Service is there to help you to stay healthy.
They can offer support to help you to quit smoking, drink less alcohol, eat well and move more.
They offer one-to-one appointments either over the telephone or face to face, and weight management group sessions.
Their service is free and you don’t have to go through your GP: you can contact them directly if you want to.
